  Purchased a custom order chaise couch that we were told by the sales agent would be delivered 6-8 weeks. We actually choose fabric that was a runner up because the one we wanted would take 12-14 weeks to ship. Received an email on week 6 that the couch was going to be delayed 5 weeks from the 8 week mark. Called PB Furniture Dept and they told use that we can not make any changes to the order..thinking it was going to take sooo much longer to ship that they could at least give us the fabric we wanted. Nope. They were nice enough to refund the shipping charges and told us to call the store directly and ask for some compensation as they should not be guaranteeing shipping dates. I called the store and spoke with the rudest sales manager who gave me the run around. We'll see if anything comes of it, but we will never ever purchase furniture from Pottery Barn again. Nor visit this location.
